Charming staff, but needs upgrades

Woke up to chirping birds and beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. The staff treated us like family, always calling us by our names. Truly, a lovely ambiance!

However, the room felt outdated, with worn furniture and the occasional issue with cleanliness. The internet connection also faltered, making it tough to get work done.

Couple's getaway worth the stay

The staff was helpful, they went above and beyond, like when I asked for extra towels at the pool and they came through with them right away. Oh, and they even wrapped up some pasta for me to take back to the room after dinner, complete with all the necessary utensils. It’s that kind of service that leaves an impression.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, though still reasonable for what you get.

i recently stayed at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations for a getaway in volta redonda. the spacious apartment with garden view was serene, surrounded by nature, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. the award-winning cocktails at the bar were a delightful bonus!

wi-fi was extremely slow at times.

Staying in a Superior Apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens was a delight. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options including fresh juices and local treats. The spacious room was a perfect retreat, though I wished for more easily accessible furniture.

More accessible furniture in rooms would be helpful.

We explored the nearby park and the beautiful gardens. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was a feast with fresh juices and local treats. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony, perfect for relaxing and chatting after a day of fun.

The only downside was the slow WiFi. It worked sometimes, but streaming was tricky, which made planning our outings a bit challenging.

staying at escola bela vista was a treat. the garden view apartment was spacious, with nature all around and lovely bird songs each morning. the reception service was amazing, and i loved the award-winning cocktails at the bar.

Despite its charm, the amenities leave some to be desired, only one bar of soap in the bathroom, limited menu options at lunch, and no available ironing board or organized day trips. The rooms appeared tired, with worn carpet and minimal decor, while the noise from parties on my first day disturbed the tranquil vibe. Accessibility could also be an issue with the numerous stairs and lack of an elevator.

The pool area was spacious, but the wifi connection was quite slow.
